Meet Helen

I am delighted to be able to introduce myself as a fully qualified Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists!

I have a background as a care worker, qualified teacher and SENCo and my journey into reflexology began with a desire to reduce stress and improve my own health and well-being. As I discovered the incredible benefits of reflexology for myself, my passion for it grew, inspiring me to pursue Level 5 reflexology training, equivalent to a foundation degree. Now, I am able to combine a clinical and holistic approach to maximise the benefits of this deeply relaxing treatment.

I’ve also done further training in delivering baby and toddler reflexology classes and in Functional Reflex Therapy.
